TANGERANG - Plaintiff Glann Millen asked the panel of judges at the Tangerang District Court to revoke the status of the suspect from the case of possession and selling drugs determined by the Soekarno Hatta Airport Police investigator, Tangerang City.

This was conveyed in a pretrial application read by the Glann legal team at the trial at the Tangerang District Court, Monday, March 4.

Declare that the determination of the suspect against himself as "Private applicant" is legally invalid," said Glann's team of attorneys, Komaruddin Simanjuntak at the Tangerang District Court, Monday, March 4.

Komaruddin Simanjuntak also asked the panel of judges to declare an arrest warrant Number: Sp-Kap/83/XI/2023/Sat Resnarkoba, 21 November 2023 and Detention Order Number: Sp- Han/83/XI/2023/SatResnarkoba, dated November 24, 2023, is invalid.

Therefore, according to him, the determination does not have binding legal force according to law and is declared null and void.

It is invalid and / or null and void, because it is not in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code "KUHAP 13," he said.

In addition, the legal team asked the respondent from the Soekarno Hatta Airport Police investigators to immediately rehabilitate the good name of Grann Millen through all print and electronic media in Indonesia.

Ordered that "The Respondent Pretrial" immediately rehabilitates the good name of "'Pretrial Applicants on Grann Millen Simbolon" through all print and electronic media in Indonesia, especially through print media and mainstream electronics at home and abroad," he said
