TNI Commander Transfers 60 Pati Including Danlanud Abdulrachman Saleh Malang

TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono made mutations, rotations, and promotions to 60 high-ranking officers (pati), including the position of Air Base (Danlanud) Commander Abdulrachman Saleh Malang, East Java, to optimize the main tasks of the TNI. Head of the Information Center (Kapuspen) TNI Admiral TNI Julius Widjojono confirmed this mutation. The policy is contained in the Decree (SK) of the TNI Commander Number Kep/1324/XI/2023 and was signed by Yudo on Friday, November 17. Of the 60 regents listed in the decree, 25 of them came from the Indonesian Air Force dimension, 25 high-ranking Army officers, and 10 others from the Indonesian Navy. From the ranks of the Indonesian Air Force, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force (Wakasau) Marsdya TNI A. Gustaf Brugman was transferred to become the regent of the Indonesian Air Force Headquarters in order to retire. Yudo also appointed Marsdya TNI Andyawan Martono, who previously served as commander of the Joint Regional Defense Command (pangkogabwilhan) II, to become a wakasau. Then, Marsdya TNI Mohamad Tonny Harjono, who was previously the commander of the National Air Operations Command (pangkoopsudnas), was appointed as Pangkogabwilhan II. The position of Pangkoopsudnas was replaced by Marsdya TNI Tedi Rizalihadi, who was previously the commander of the Indonesian Air Force's Doctrine, Education, and Training Command (and Kodiklata). For the position of Dankodiklatu, the TNI commander gave a promotion to Marsda TNI Arief Mustofa, who was previously a deputy for the Coordination of Communication, Information and Apparatus of the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Kemenkopolhukam). Then, the position of inspector general of the Indonesian Air Force (irjenau), which was originally filled by Marsda TNI Eko D. Indarto, is currently filled by Marsda TNI Jemi Trisonjaya, who previously served as coordinator of the Expert Staff (koorsahli) of the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force (Kasau). In the same decree, Yudo also transferred Danlanud Abdulrachman Saleh Marsma TNI Fairlyanto to special staff. His replacement is Marsma TNI Firman Wirayuda, who previously served as the training director (dirlat) of Kodiklatu. In the decree, the transfer policy also pays attention to letters from three chiefs of staff, including from Kakasu dated October 25, 2023, regarding the proposed changes and additional placement of positions as TNI AU officers for high-ranking officers. Not only Danlanud Abdulrachman Saleh, Yudo also transferred Marsma TNI Prasetiya Halim from Supadio Air Base commander to Kodiklat. The position of Danlanud Supadio was also filled by Marsma TNI Reka Budiarsa. Another high-ranking Indonesian Air Force officer who was subject to mutations and rotation is Marsda TNI M. Fadjar Sumarijadji, who was previously an assistant to Kasau personnel, became a koorsahli Kasu. Furthermore, there is also Marsma TNI Mohammad Syafii who received promotions as as Aspers Kasu. The previous position of Syafii, the head of the Indonesian Air Force's Personnel Administration (Kadisminpersau), was filled by Marsma TNI Danet Hendriyanto. Furthermore, Marsma TNI Didik Kristyanto is now the commander of the TNI Kodiklat Training Center (and Puslat), which was previously filled by Marsma TNI Djohn Amarul. Djohn Amarul was transferred as an assistant member of the Chief of Staff (Kas) Koopsudnas. Still from the ranks of the Indonesian Air Force, the TNI Commander also gave promotions to Colonel Pnb Jajang Setiawan, who currently serves as commander of Sector I Command Koopsud I. The position of commander of the Indonesian Air Force's Units Command (andekkau) School is currently filled by Marsma TNI Sri Duto Dhanisworo. Danekkau lama, Marsma TNI Ali Gusman, is now a special staff Kasu. Then, the position of Danlanud Suryadarma was filled by Colonel Pnb Sapuan. In the same decree, the TNI commander also transferred Danlanud Sri Mulyono Herlambang Colonel Pnb Sigit Gatot Prasetyo to Dankosek III Koopsud III. The Indonesian Navy and the Indonesian Army From the ranks of the Indonesian Navy, the TNI commander transferred Admiral TNI Dadi Hartanto, who originally served as secretary general of the National Security Council (Wantannas), to become commander general (danjen) of the TNI Academy. The current position of secretary general of Wantannas is also filled by Admiral TNI TSNN B Hutabarat. Then, TNI Admiral Basri Mustari was appointed as Director of Marine Operations at the Deputy for Operations and Exercise of the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla). His old official, Admiral TNI Friche Flack, is currently the head of the Expert Staff Group (kapoksahli) of the Joint Defense Area Command (Kogabwilhan) I. Next, from the ranks of the Indonesian Army, Lt. Gen. Teguh Arief Indratmoko, who previously served as and General of the TNI Academy, is now a high-ranking officer at the TNI AD Headquarters in order to retire. Brigadier General Suhardi, from his original position as director of D of the TNI Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS), also received promotions as commander of the TNI's Special Operations Command (dankoopssus). Suhardi's position was replaced by Colonel Inf. Toyib Anwari, who previously also served in the BAIS TNI. In the same decree, the TNI Commander exchanged the position of Brigadier General Heru Langlang Buana with the position of Brigadier General TNI Dody Muhtar Taufik. Brigadier General Heru is currently the director of TNI Academy Education, while Brigadier General Dody is the deputy commander of the TNI's Peace Maintenance Mission (wadan PMPP). Brigadier General Tatang Subarna, who originally served as commander of the Military Resort (danrem) 064/Maulana Yusuf in Serang, Banten, is currently filling the position of Chief of Staff of the Jaya Regional Military Command (kasdam). The position of Danrem 064/Maulana Yusuf was also filled by Colonel Inf. Fierman Sjafirial August, which broke the star after completing his duties as an aide to the Indonesian vice president. Brigadier General Supriono, who previously served as Danrem 042/Garuda Putih, Jambi, is now filling the position of expert staff officer at Level III Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army for Social Communication. The position of Danrem 042/Garuda Putih is currently being held by Colonel Inf. Rachmad who received promotions from the TNI commander. Then, TNI Major General Hendra Hari Sutaryo, who initially served as the commander of the TNI AD Candidates for Officers (and akapaad) School, is now a special staff for Kasad. The current position and position is also filled by Brigadier General TNI Major General Bobby Rinal Makmun. Bobby's position, as commander of the Kostrad Infantry 1 Division, was replaced by TNI Brigadier General Rudi Puruwito.

Then, Brigadier General TNI Detains Sopian Parulian, who originally served as Head of West Papua Regional BIN (Kabinda) at the Deputy for Domestic Intelligence of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), is now a special staff of the Army Chief of Staff.
