JAKARTA - Two medal-winning athletes at the 2023 SEA Games, namely Aero Sutan Aswar and Aqsa Sutan Aswar, received appreciation from one of the golf equipment distributors, Golf House.
As is known, Aero and Aqsa participated in jetski. Both of them managed to donate medals to the Red and White team in the same number, namely the Endurance Runabout Open.
Aero his older brother won a gold medal, while Aqsa contributed a bronze medal.
"I'm very happy to be appreciated by the Golf House for the achievements I achieved at the 2023 SEA Games yesterday," said Aero Aswar.
"Unlike the jetski that I have been working on since I was a child, golf is arguably a new sport hobby for me. I just broke 90 weeks ago," continued Aero Aswar.
The awarding of appreciation was led directly by Takuya Ono as Managing Director of Dunlop Srixon Sports Asia by handing over tokens of appreciation.
"They are jetski athletes who managed to present medals for Indonesia at the 2023 SEA Games. Even though they are jetski athletes, Golf House chose them to attend this event to get appreciation not only as jetski athletes, but also active golf activists," said the Brand GM MAP Active - Golf House, Tinneke Agustina.
On this occasion, Aero and Aqsa also got a new set of series Srixon The All New ZX Mk II Irons and ZX MK II Woods. Even though he admitted that he had recently entered the golf world, Aero admitted that he had a fairly comfortable experience when trying out Srixon's latest golf club.
"I can also give appreciation for being given the opportunity to try this new product, indeed this is a new stick but this is delicious even though I haven't played golf in a year. This (stic) can still be improved if it's set," said Aero Aswar.
