Government Asked To Implement Digital Pass In PPKM Level 4

JAKARTA - The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) faction of the DPR RI encourages the government to implement digitalization in the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) Levels 3 and 4 until August 2, 2021. According to the member of Commission V of the DPR, the pandemic that has lasted for almost 1.5 years should have provided a lot of experience for the government to be able to handle it effectively and efficiently through the implementation of a digital system.

Then, continued Suryadi, vaccine certificates, negative proof of COVID-19, as well as travel documents should have been made digitally and integrated in both public and private land transportation. For other activities such as grocery stores, street vendors, hawkers, barbershops, laundry and others can be open as usual until 20.00 local time. Meanwhile, food stalls can accept guests to dine in until 20.00 local time, with a maximum of three visitors and each visitor is limited to only 20 minutes, while restaurants are still not allowed to dine-in.

All activities must be carried out under strict health protocols. In the transportation sector, public transportation, mass transportation, conventional and online taxis, and rental vehicles are only allowed to transport with a maximum capacity of 50 percent and must implement strict health protocols.

The travel requirements are still the same, namely the existence of a certificate of having been vaccinated at least the first dose and using the H-1 antigen for car, bus, and train modes. As for aircraft, PCR H-2 is mandatory.

In the agglomeration area, the above requirements are not required, but the community still needs to make a STRP for travel in the agglomeration area, while for travel from outside the agglomeration area since early July it is no longer necessary to make a STRP.
