Supreme Court Rejects All PK Convicts, Vina's Family Lawyers Are More Confident In Premeditated Murder Cases

Vina's family attorney, Rade Reza Pramedia, admitted that he had predicted this decision from the start.

"We are sure that the PK will be rejected. From the first level of court stage to the cassation, the evidence shows this is a premeditated murder," said Reza, Monday, December 16.

Reza emphasized that the victim's family still believes this case is not only limited to murder, but also involves rape.

"The family is sticking to this case as a premeditated murder and rape," he said.

Furthermore, he emphasized that the victim's family would not take other legal steps.

"We will respect whatever the court's decision is without filing additional legal remedies," he said.
