Mio Riders Lead To Life After Hitting Another Motorbike In Front Of Yamaha Dealer Duren Sawit

JAKARTA - A Yamaha Mio motorcycle driver died after being involved in an accident with another motorcyclist on Jalan Haji Naman, in the south in front of a Yamaha dealer, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, Thursday, March 14.

Head of Laka Satlantas Satwil East Jakarta, AKP Darwis Yunarta, said the victim, the driver of the Mio motorbike, had serious head injuries and died at the scene.

"The victim suffered injuries to the head, then died at the scene," he said when confirmed, Thursday, March 14.

Furthermore, the victim was evacuated to RSCM, Central Jakarta. Meanwhile, the Yamaha motorcycle with number B 3415 NAG which collided with the victim's motorbike was driven by Surya Triyadi (20).

Surya only suffered lacerations to the upper lip, torn upper head, abrasions to his right and left hands, abrasions to his right and left legs. Surya is being treated at Pondok Kopi Hospital, East Jakarta.

The accident began when Yamaha Mio, driven by an unidentified driver, walked from north to south via Jalan H. Naman. When the motorbike was about to turn towards the intersection of Swadaya Street, Mio's motorbike without a number plate was involved in an accident with a motorbike driven by Surya.

Surya drove his motorbike from the south to the north. The victim died on the spot.

"We secured evidence of 1 STNK, SIM and a Yamaha motorbike belonging to Surya. Meanwhile, the victim's motorbike was also secured as evidence," he said.
