The first piece in the form of a left leg was found by residents on Sunday, May 21, at 11.30 WIB on the banks of the Bengawan Solo river, Palur Mojolaban Sukoharjo. One hour later residents again found a second piece in the form of a human body in the Jenes river under the Kampung Waringin Rejo Bridge, Kec. Grogol Sukoharjo.
On the same day at 17.30 WIB, a human head cut was found on the banks of the Mojo river, Kliwon Market, Surakarta. At 19.00 WIB, pieces of the body in the form of left hands were again found by residents and officers who conducted a sweep not far from the location of the second discovery.
The next day (Monday, May 22) at around 06.30 WIB, residents found pieces of their right hand flowed by the Jenes river in Kec. Serengan, Solo.

The identity of the victim began to be revealed when officers conducted an examination of Daktiloscopy on the middle fingerprint. As a result, 70 percent were identified as fingerprints belonging to the victim with the initials R aged 50 years. Officers also examined blood samples taken from the victim's family for updating the identification results.
"The results of the inspection are also reinforced by other evidence in the form of Dragon Image Photos on the right upper arm obtained from the investigation of opsnal members. From the results of CSI, the National Police concluded that the victim was an "R" of a resident of Keprabon Wetan Banjarsari, Solo," said Iqbal.
The handling of the case is based on the loss report received by the Sukoharjo Police. Until now, officers have also examined 21 witnesses.
"The National Police in uncovering this case uses the Scientific Crime Investigation method so that this case can be revealed based on the evidence that can be accounted for," said Iqbal.
