JAKARTA - Volkswagen has expanded its electric vehicle line by introducing the ID.7 GTX Tourer, as part of the highest variant in their GTX lineup. This car features a sporty design compared to its standard version.
Kai Grunitz, Member of the Board of Management Volkswagen Brand Development, explains that the model combines a wide space with aggressive sports car performance.
"One of the interesting features of the ID.7 GTX is the ability to generate instant power from electric motors and maximum torques in a short time," Grunitz said in an official company statement, Thursday, March 14.
As with other GTX models, this wagon variant features a racing car-style bumper with a honeycomb patterned grip and a GTX badge that can burn in the dark.
The VW ID.7 GTX is beautified with glossy black elements, especially in the side frame and bottom of the back bumper, giving an elegant and sporty impression. Like the ID.3 GTX, this wagon is equipped with a 20-inch Skagen rim as a standard.
The interior is also polished with an individual seat featuring the letter GTX on the back back back and red accents that adorn the dashboard panel, door trim, and multifunctional steering wheel.
Like the standard version, the back of this vehicle is expanded and elongated, offering a trunk capacity of 605 liters. Its capacity can be increased to 1,714 liters by folding the rear seat.
