Shandy Aulia And Her Husband Don't Want To Problem Gono-Gini And Child Custody

JAKARTA - Shandy Aulia secretly filed for divorce from her husband, David Herbowo on April 11. Had been kept secret, the intention of the two to end the household that had been built since 2011 was finally known to the public.

However, Sandy Arifin as Shandy Aulia's attorney stated that there was no specific reason for his client to try to keep the divorce suit a secret against her husband.

Sandy said that his client wanted to separate in a good way without having to cause many problems. He even said there was no distribution of gono-gini and the struggle for child custody in his client's lawsuit.

"So, in this lawsuit there is no such thing as shared property or gono like this. This is only a divorce process, and also child custody is shared," said Sandy Arifin to the media crew at Warung Buncit, South Jakarta on Monday, April 17.

Furthermore, Sandy said that his client and her husband had their own mechanism to raise children together. He also confirmed that the relationship between Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo so far is still fine.

"If you are together, changing, there is no name to fight anymore, it doesn't exist. So the day is the same. The day they will obey together, they have arranged it together," said Sandy.

"There has been an agreement, when will it be with his father, when will it be with his mother. In the divorce lawsuit, custody and all kinds of things, there won't be any," he concluded.

As previously reported, Shandy Aulia filed for divorce against her husband, David Herbowo at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) on April 11. The divorce suit is registered with case number 361 / Pdtg 2023 / PN SOUTH JAKARTA.

Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo have been building a household for 12 years. From this marriage, they were blessed with a daughter named Claire Herbowo.
