Kanye West Delays 'Donda' Album Release

JAKARTA - Kanye West is reportedly delaying the release of the Donda album to August.

Originally, Kanye was about to release his new album this week. He's even held a massive listening party in Atlanta.

Unfortunately, TMZ reports that the album will officially launch on August 6th. This news was also confirmed by Kanye to Pitchfork.

Kanye plays Donda exclusively at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta on July 22. Fans found several collaborators to fill this album, including JAY-Z, Pop Smoke, Travis Scott, Pusha T, Baby Keem, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, and others.

Donda is Kanye's latest musical work after the album Jesus Is King in 2019. Kanye made the concept of Sunday worship with the Sunday Service Choir to sing the album.

Following the release of his album, Kanye performed with the Sunday Service Choir at Coachella and other venues in the United States.

News of the release of Kanye's album circulated in the midst of his divorce process from Kim Kardashian. Even so, Kim and their children were seen attending Donda album listening party in Atlanta.
