Still In Beta Version, Apple ID Can Be Used To Login To Twitter Account
JAKARTA – The Beta version of Twitter for iOS has acquired the "Sign In With Apple" functionality. This beta version aims to allow users to create Twitter accounts using their Apple ID. Because it's a beta version, be aware that this feature is still not fully functional.
Twitter researcher Jane Manchun Wong informed that earlier this month Twitter was trying to port via “Sign In With Apple” to its service. Wong's report is based on code found on the Twitter site. Through the beta app for iOS, Twitter is now testing the functionality properly, with some beta testers seeing a "Continue with Apple" option next to continue with Google or no third-party signup service at all.

In the current phase, trying to proceed with “Sign In With Apple” may cause some initial errors. Even after the account was created, there were some oddities. First, when users use “Sign In With Apple,” they don't create a specific password for that app or service. Instead, the app links the service to the user's Apple ID.
Currently, via Twitter accounts created with “Sign In With Apple”, account information such as email and others cannot be changed because the app asks for a password. This is a technical loophole that will be fixed before Twitter rolls out the feature to all users.
Twitter is also testing other new features for its iOS app, including a new edge-to-edge timeline display for photos and a built-in “dislike” button for tweet replies.
