Minister Of Home Affairs Appreciates East Kalimantan Provincial Government Press Inflation 1.58 Percent

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Mohammad Tito Karnavian expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to reduce the inflation rate in the regions by 1.58 percent.

"This figure is one of the lowest in Indonesia. But we don't want the lowest to be true," said Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, ANTARA, Sunday, December 15.

According to Tito, the inflation rate for East Kalimantan is ideal. Because the government certainly hopes that there will continue to be a balance.

Meanwhile, Acting Governor Akmal Malik admitted that he was happy because the performance of inflation control in East Kalimantan was approved by the Minister of Home Affairs.
