How Is The Hydrology Cycle Process? Check Out The 9 Stages Here
YOGYAKARTA Hydrology cycles or known as water cycles are water circulation from the earth to the atmosphere and return to Earth which continues continuously. The hydrology cycle process is divided into nine stages, namely eevaporation, transspiration, evapotranspiration, sublimation, condensation, advection, prespitation, run off, and infiltration.
The process will repeat itself to maintain the amount and availability of water on earth. So that you better understand the hydrology cycle process, see the full following reviews.
Evaporation or evaporation of water on the earth's surface is the first stage of the hydrological cycle.
Waters that are accommodated in water bodies such as lakes, rivers, seas, rice fields, dams or reservoirs will evaporate due to heat from the sun. This evaporation converts liquid molecules from water into gas. The more disturbed the sun's rays, the bigger the water molecule that is lifted into the air.
Transpiration is a water evaporation process from the body parts of living things. After the water molecule turns into a gas molecule, the transpiration process occurs. However, the amount of water that becomes vapor through this process is generally far less than the amount of water vapor produced by the eevaporation.
What is meant by evapotranspiration is the evaporation of water that occurs all over the earth's surface, both in the water and soil bodies as well as in the network of living things.
In water cycles, the rate of evapotranspiration greatly affects the number of gas molecules or water vapors that are transported to the surface of the atmosphere.
The next stage or hydrological cycle process is sublimation, namely the process of changing the ice at the poles or at the top of the mountain into water vapor without going through the liquid phase first. Sublimation also plays an important role in the amount of water vapor that is transported into the atmosphere.
Gas or water vapor produced by the process of evaporation, transspiration, evapocratration, and sublimation processes will rise to a certain height point. Water vapor molecules will turn into very small ice particles through the condensation process.
These ice particles form because of the cold temperature at the height of the upper atmosphere. Ice particles will approach each other and unite to form clouds. The more ice particles that join, the more thick and black they will be formed.
In hydrological cycles, advection is a process of moving clouds from one point to another. Advection allows clouds to spread and move from ocean atmosphere to mainland atmosphere.
Precipitation is the process of melting clouds due to the influence of high air temperatures. At this stage, rain occurs. If the temperature is less than 0 degrees Celsius, then hail will occur to snowfall.
After it rains to the earth, the rainwater will move from a high place to a low place. In the water cycle, this process is called run off or runoff.
The movement of these rainwaters, for example, occurs through sewers such as sewers, rivers, lakes, estuarines, seas, and oceans. At this stage, water that has passed the hydrology cycle will return to the hydrosphere layer.

Not all rainwater will be accommodated in the water agency. A small part of it will enter soil pores and be inoculated into groundwater.
The process of seeping water into the ground is called an infiltration process. The infiltration process will slowly bring groundwater back outside.
After going through the infiltration process, water that has undergone a hydrological cycle will reunite in the ocean, which then undergo a hydrological cycle, namely eevaporation.
The above hydrological cycle process will continue to repeat itself so that the water on earth will turn again and will not run out.
