PALU - The Palu District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has examined eight people related to the alleged collection of a hotel fictitious bill contained in the report on official travel activities within the Palu City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Secretariat, Central Sulawesi.

"Currently, the prosecutor is still in the stage of collecting information from a number of people at the Palu DPRD Secretariat," said Head of the Palu Kejari (Kajari) Muhammad Irwan as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 11.

Regarding the collection of information material, until now no DPRD members have been summoned for questioning regarding the case.

"Eight people who were questioned are secretariat employees, no members of the council have been examined yet," he said.

The Prosecutor's Office has scheduled the names that will be questioned further, including a number of DPRD members in the near future.

"The investigation continues and there will be people who will continue to be called, who is the person, yes we have an agenda," he said.

Kajari also asked the public to be patient in waiting for the results of the investigation by law enforcement officers (APH) because his party continues to investigate the case.

"Let us work first, if there is something missing, we can ask because we are open about the alleged billificity of this hotel," said Irwan.

Information on this case was initially widely spread to the public through the WhatsApp group, which stated the findings of the Central Sulawesi Representative Audit Agency (BPK) on the alleged bill Fictitious hotel contained in the official travel report within the Palu City DPRD.

From this information, it was recorded that around 162 pieces of bill were allegedly used by 28 local DPRD members.
