JAKARTA - PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk or known as the SSPACE brand officially listed shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today, Monday, May 8, with the ticker code DOOH. The company officially became the 36th company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023, and has become the 860th listed company to date.
The company released 20 percent of the total shares to be recorded, namely 1.55 billion shares with a price range of Rp 100 per share. The value of the company's IPO funds is Rp154.75 billion.
Simultaneously, the company also issued 1.2 billion warrants that were given free of charge as incentives for the company's shareholders, where each five-share holder offered was entitled to four Series I Warrants.
The high interest in the company's initial shares has caused the DoOH Initial Public Offering to oversubscribe 4.26 times. This shows great market optimism for the company's prospects and performance.
DOOH is the only advertising media company that provides Guaranted Return on Ad Spand (ROAS) services supported by more than 2,200 Programmatic Digital Out of Home (Programmatic DOOH) assets, 900,000 Out Of Home (OOH) points, and 13,800 fulfillment centers spread across various locations in Indonesia. In addition, the company also runs a digital advertising business with more than 32 million monthly impressions.
DOOH has been operating since 2021 and started operational activities as an advertising agency with more than 300 media assets and since 2022 the company has transformed into a media owner company. The company has posted a net profit of IDR 5.3 billion as of September 2022, an increase of 23 percent compared to the September 2021 period.
Through the IPO, DOOH plans to add its media assets to the development of programmatic advertising that supports the company's business development in the future in facing competition in the advertising industry globally.
