SOEs Ready To Deposit IDR 80.2 Trillion Dividend, Member Of Commission VI DPR: Become A Historical Note
The dividend deposit from all state-owned enterprises (BUMN) will reach IDR 80.2 trillion this year. The number of dividends in 2022 is the highest in history.
Member of Commission VI of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Nasim Khan, said that the provision of dividends for the state of Rp. 80.2 trillion indicates that SOEs contribute to the state. Thus, the state not only gets income from tax proceeds, but also good business results.
The results of the work of SOE Minister Erick Thohir in 2022, have become a historical record. Because, in 2023, Minister Erick Thohir will give dividends to the state in the amount of Rp80.2 trillion," Nasim told reporters, Wednesday, May 3.
The size of this dividend deposit, said Nasim, could not be separated from the managerial ability of SOE Minister Erick Thohir in leading the orchestration of state-owned companies.
As the main partner, continued Nasim, Commission VI of the DPR RI which continues to support and develop and evaluate the maximum for the Ministry of SOEs to become development government.
Previously, Minister Erick Thohir estimated that BUMN's consolidated net profit would reach IDR 303.7 trillion (unaudited) in 2022. However, there is a very significant increase in profit of IDR 179 trillion," said Nasim.
In fact, continued Nasim, Erick Thohir also estimates that the increase in assets will increase from IDR 8,978 trillion in 2021 to IDR 9,867 trillion (unaudited) in 2022.
Not only that, Nasim said it is also estimated that there will be an increase in equity from Rp2,778 trillion in 2021 to Rp3,150 trillion (unaudited) in 2022.
"In addition, Minister Erick Thohir also estimates an increase in revenue from Rp2,292 trillion in 2021 to Rp2,613 trillion (unaudited) in 2022," said Nasim Khan.
Nasim Khan said the Ministry of SOEs played an important role in contributing to the state through dividends, taxes, and Non-Tax State Revenue.
"What is very proud is the transformation of SOEs which has been pushed almost to 70 to 75 percent, and only 25 percent remains to reach 100 percent," he said.
