The reason behind the delay in this launch is, the developer admits that it still takes more time to be able to finish the game very well.

"After our first online beta was held in July, the development team made every effort to rework the game mechanism and match design right on the previously scheduled release date," explained Fukuhara.

"Although we've tried our best, it's clear to me that it will take extra time to finish this game," he added.

After completing the adjustment to the game fight mechanism, it turned out that they realized that many modes were affected by the change. So they decided to increase the processing time for another two weeks.

As a result, the Granblue Showcase: Part 2 GBVSR broadcast, which is scheduled to premiere at the end of November, will also be postponed until December 2.

"We have also extended the period where players can use their draw code to receive items from the Granblue Special Item Set: GBVSR Packages until April 30, 2024," the announcement concluded.
