Nunon Collaborates With Searce For Migration To Google Cloud

JAKARTA - Nuon Digital Indonesia, a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, is collaborating with Searce, a modern technology consulting firm based oncloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and analytics.

Through this collaboration, Nuon supports the Searce strategy in accelerating digital transformation and optimizing business processes by migrating to Google Cloud, Google's computing service.

This collaboration began after Nunon chose Searce, Google Cloud's partner, to address problems with the digital music platform they manage, namely Langit Musik.

The CEO of Nuon Digital Indonesia, Aris Sudewo, explained that Langit Musik had lost to its competitors. This obstacle affects user experience because the music platform is slow in playing songs.

According to Aris, this could happen because the bandwiths that were unable to accommodate the funds they used were no longer upgradable. Moreover, their database is full.

To solve this problem, Searce helped Nuon to migrate from scratch. Although they had experienced a down time, this was not a serious problem because the user experience was not disturbed.

"Our performance is getting better, our maintenance is getting easier, andcost is more efficient than we have to manage on-premise until now. So, the satisfy is up 99 percent," said Aris in his second collaboration event today.

Seeing this success, Nuon admitted that he was happy to choose Searce. Apart from being a service partner of Google Cloud, Nuon also believes in the company's credibility and portfolio.

Although Nuon has succeeded in overcoming problems on their platform, Nuon hopes that their digital transformation in the future will be accompanied by Searce. This hope is also the desire of the Searce itself.
