JAKARTA - At the launch of iOS 17 some time ago, Apple launched many new features, one of which was a feature called NameDDrop.
The company explains that NameDDrop is a feature on AirDrop that allows you to share contact information with only the recipient you want by simply bringing your iPhone closer to another iPhone.
However, before leveraging the NameDDrop on your iPhone, you should make sure that both iPhones must be opened and running at least on iOS 17. If you share contact information with Apple Watch, make sure it's on watchOS 10 or later.
Next, you must save your own contact information, and also create a Contact Poster for yourself if you haven't done it.
Finally, make sure you have enabled Bringing Devices Together by going to Settings > General > AirDrop.
