JAKARTA - Google announced a new generative feature supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Google Home, which allows you to create customized routines.

In its new blog post, the tech giant announced the launch of a new help me script' feature for Google Home script editors. The AI-powered feature allows users to build more advanced automation.

"So recently we launched a script editor, which allows you to write and edit code to create specific automations that are more specific to your household," Google wrote in its announcement.

Google mentions that help me script is a new experimental feature in script editors that makes it easier to create advanced automation, even with a little coding experience.

In the example provided, Google wrote the command "When the TV turns on after sunset, dim the living room lights and close the curtain." After that, Google's AI machine will make automatic coding, and you just need to add it to Google Home's Script Editor.

"The availability later this year in Public Preview, "help me script" gives you a starting point for creating more personalized automation codes," Google added.

The company noted that the feature will be present in the Google Home web application as part of the Public Preview later this year.

"Later on further updates on the help me script feature." And, as usual, keep your input directly on Google Home for the web," the announcement concluded.
