JAKARTA - Since its launch on March 1, 2023, the East Ventures and the Temasek Foundation have announced the winners of the 2023 Climate Impact Innovations Challenge (CIIC), Indonesia's largest climate technology innovation platform on Saturday, September 2 yesterday.

12 finalists from 4 tracks had the opportunity to present their innovative solutions in front of a panel of leading investors and experts, in the end only four winners were awarded a total prize of IDR 10 billion. The four winners are:

"Climate Impact Innovations Challenge is an exemplary initiative, by providing a platform for technology startup companies to showcase their sustainable innovation," said Arsjad Rasjid, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) and Chair of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (BAC) 2023 in its official broadcast.

According to him, CIIC opens the way for solutions that have a real impact on the threat of climate change that is increasingly real.

"In the midst of the challenges facing the world, the Climate Impact Innovations Challenge 2023 is a hope that shows real action in encouraging the development of climate solutions that are positive towards a sustainable future," said Willson Weather, Co-Founder and Managing Partner East Ventures.
