JAKARTA - Recently, global cybersecurity firm Kaspersky revealed that bad actors use Artificial Intelligence (AI) a lot to implement at every stage of a sustainable threat.

According to Noushin Shabab, Senior Security Researcher for the Asia Pacific Research and Analysis Team (Global Research and Analysis Team/GREAT), AI can help filter stolen data in a more hidden and efficient way.

"AI can analyze network traffic patterns to better mingle with regular network behavior and determine the communication channels best suited to extract data for each victim," Shabab explained in a statement.

To that end, Shabab warns that AI can help maximize the impact of attacks by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of attackers' actions.
