"It is with deep sadness that I share that one of our beloved founders, Dr. John Warnock, died at the age of 82," said Adobe Chairman and CEO Shantanu Narayen in his official statement, quoted Monday, August 21.

Warnock himself co-founded Adobe in 1982 with Dr. Charles Geschke after meeting as a colleague at Xerox.
