JAKARTA - After officially leaving his partnership with Electronic Arts (EA), FIFA President, Gianni Infantino confirmed that his team is preparing to develop their own FIFA game.

The announcement turned out to come in response to the fact that FIFA 13 would mark that EA and FIFA had officially left the 30-year-old partnership.

Launching The Times news via GamingBolt, FIFA made the decision to terminate the partnership because EA refused to pay the company at a higher rate for its brand.

Previous reports showed that FIFA charges 2.5 billion US dollars or around IDR 38.4 trillion from EA every four years for license use.

Back in May last year, FIFA announced that it would work with other developers and publishers to release a new FIFA game.

According to his announcement last year, the EA Sport FC will provide great experience, fashion, league, tournament, club, and athletes for you to play later. Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs, and VOLTA Football will all also be present.

In addition, the last EA game that used a FIFA license was FIFA 23, which was released in October 2022 which broke the FIFA 23 EA SPORTS record with more than 10.3 million players in the first week.
