Unintentionally Leaked Electric Corvettes Immediately Produced

JAKARTA - The owner accidentally leaked some details about the electric Corvette that would appear. According to Corvette Blogger, the virtual sports car model appears through the company's online virtualizer.

The launch has revealed some new details about electric cars, known as the Corvette E-Ray 2024. For example, what colors will enter and what packages will be available, as well as clues on how exactly to use electric motors in those vehicles.

When it announced it would make Corvette electrified earlier this year, it's unclear whether it's a plug-in hybrid or just an ordinary hybrid, which only relies on regenerative breaking to charge its battery. The model in the visualizer, since being pulled off the situs does not appear to have a charging port, meaning the owner will not be able to plug it in later and drive it purely with electric power.

If owners want to be able to connect to their car, way to say they have an electric Corvette completely which is still in the works that will "come very quickly" after the hybrid model.

While the visualizer reveals many things that Corvette's buyers may pay attention to, there are still many details that have not been answered. As The Drive shows, the configurator does not have any information about fuel savings, prices, battery specifications, or which buttons will activate regenerative braking.

It's also not anything that can be known just by looking at and listening to the car, so the "spy photos" EV Pulse obtained from what appeared to be an unscreened E-Ray that was driving around Detroit helped a lot.

As for the EPA rating, the E-Ray appears to be more like a car that uses hybrid technology, not for fuel savings, this car is paired with a V8 engine. This sports car also has instant torque, just like sports cars in general.

When General Motors became big in the EV industry, they announced new things such as electric mid-range SUVs, electric trucks, and monstrosities such as the STORM EV. They have also hinted that they can release Corvette as a separate brand by 2025.

Its lineup will probably include fully hybrid and electric two-door sports cars, as well as four-door versions and even SUVs.
