JAKARTA - During the Silent Hill Transmission program which was held on Thursday, October 20 this morning, Konami announced all about the Silent Hill franchise.

Konami revealed four new titles and one film. The four newest titles are Silent Hill Remake 2, Silent Hill Townfall, Silent Hill Ascention, and Silent Hill f.

Silent Hill Remember 2

The news related to Silent Hill Remake 2 had previously spread to the ears of the players. Finally, the game, which was developed by the Bloober team, was officially announced and will be released for PlayStation 5 and Steam.

This remake will recount the story of James who was looking for his late wife, who sent him to a mysterious place called Silent Hill.

Konami and Bloober promised a completely reworked game using new technology and sent in 4K.

Silent Hill: Townfall

A new spin-off developed by No Code Studios (Stories Untold) and publisher Annapurna Interactive. Konami mentioned that this project will be a very unique Silent Hill franchise.

Silent Hill Ascention

Silent Hill: Ascention is an immersive project where participants around the world will be able to control their own character in Silent Hill's new story.

This title is a collaboration project between Genvid Entertainment, Bad Robot Games, Behvaiour Interactive, and Dj2 Entertainment.

Silent Hill f

Another new spin-off that has just been announced is Silent Hill f. The game will be set in Japan in the 1960s.

Silent Hill f will be pushed by this narrative to be written by Japanese famous writer Ryukishi07, who created visual novels like Higurashi and Umineko.

Spin-off will juxtapose a beautiful and terrifying world and focus on the psychological and supernatural mystery of Silent Hill.
