JAKARTA - Recently, the official Starlink website has published a map showing the area and timing of Internet satellite launches as part of the project.

According to the map, the project will be launched in Uzbekistan in 2023. Starlink is currently also being tested in Uzbekistan.

In May, representatives of SpaceX, which owns the Starlink project, visited Tashkent as part of an international conference on space technology. Representatives of the Ministry of ICT and Uzbekkosmos invited Elon Musk's company and the Starlink project to Uzbekistan.

Starlink itself has targeted to launch 12.000 to 30.000 satellites into orbit. The satellite will orbit the Earth in three rows, and provide the world with high-quality Internet.

The project was first launched in 2019. As of May 2022, already 2,400 small satellites have been launched into low-Earth orbit. Separate rates have been developed for using Starlink Internet as mobile Internet.

According to the project's website, Starlink cable works much faster than the Internet and covers more areas. While traditional satellites are 35.000 kilometers from the planet, Musk's company-launched Starlink is only 550 kilometers from Earth. It is also called a low latency satellite and it will operate much faster than other satellites.
