JAKARTA – In holding the G20 Presidency Summit, Indonesia as the host has made various preparations. Among them is providing transportation vehicles during the peak event in Bali, in October-November 2022.

In addition to providing vehicles for VIP guests, Indonesia also provides operational vehicles for each delegation.

For VIP vehicles, Hyundai Motor Group has announced that it will bring the Genesis G80 to Indonesia as the official VIP vehicle for state officials. This is a premium class electric car from the South Korean car manufacturer.

As for other vehicles, Toyota Indonesia is also preparing its newest electric car. This car is a Toyota bZ4X, as a delegate vehicle.

Toyota provided 143 units of the Toyota bZ4X mobility vehicle for the G20 delegation while in Bali. There are a total of 656 electric cars, including 123 units of the Genesis G80 and 226 units of Hyundai Ioniq for the delegates of the G20 Summit.
