RMA Indonesia Will Add Ford Dealer Network In Indonesia

JAKARTA - Ford Indonesia under the auspices of RMA Indonesia as a Brand Holder Agent (APM), will build a new dealer in Jakarta with PT Trijaya Auto Mandiri. This agreement is through the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) agreement which will be held on October 17, 2023.

The plan is that the new dealer will officially open at the end of November 2023, and this collaboration is the first step in preparation for both parties. Of course, it will be a breath of fresh air for Ford vehicle owners, because there will be more new dealers.

Country Manager and Director of RMA Indonesia, Jari Kohonen said he was very happy with the establishment of this collaboration, as well as being able to add a network of dealers in the country, more precisely in the Jakarta area.

"We want to consistently increase customer satisfaction through superior services and products that we will present," said Jari Kohonen in an official statement received by VOI, Saturday, October 21.

Interestingly, the latest dealer for the Ford model will carry the concept of Sales, Service, and Sparepart or 3S. The presence of this dealer is also expected to increase accessibility for loyal Ford users in Indonesia.

On the same occasion, the Director of Operations of PT Trijaya Auto Mandiri, David Arianto, is also happy with this collaboration and will provide the best service for Ford owners.

"We hope that Ford's official dealers' presence can add to Ford's unmatched driving experience for car lovers," explained David Arianto.

As is known, until now Ford has 28 official dealer networks spread across various cities in Indonesia, and the majority are still implementing sales and services.

The network that carries 3S only exists in Jakarta, Banjarmasin, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Samarinda, and Balikpapan.
