Chery Opens Diler At Pondok Indah, Part Of The Target Of 60 Diler Networks By The End Of The Year

Chery is again expanding its services to strengthen its commitment to the Indonesian market by opening a dealers' network in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.

Through the agents holding the brand (APM) of PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI), they collaborated with the Crown of Gemilang (Mahkota Group) by providing services and full-sales with 3S standards, namely Sales, Services, and Share parts at that location.

Andreas Gunawan, as Branch Manager of the Crown Group, said that his party saw great potential on the Chery brand in the Indonesian automotive market. This is what makes the group not hesitate to make partnerships to build a dealers' network.

"This collaboration reflects the harmonization between PT Chery Sales Indonesia, as a premium automotive brand in Indonesia and the dedication of the Crown Group in providing premium services to consumers," Andreas said in a statement received by VOI, Wednesday, September 20.

The dealer named Chery Pondok Indah is located on Jl Sultan Iskandar Muda No.55, Pondok Indah, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, with a land of 925 m2 and a building area of 225 m2. This service provides all facilities and equipment that supports various customer needs together with trained staff.

In addition, the service also provides an area of service and spare parts with an area of 700 m2 that can accommodate large number of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

In the dealer, the manufacturer will display various models, including Tiggo 7 Pro, Tiggo 8 Pro, and Omoda 5. The three are mainstay products owned by Chery in Indonesia.

The expansion of this dealers network is in line with the company's target to have 60 dealers by the end of 2023. The plan is that PT CSI will also build 40 additional dealers by 2024, a total of 100 dealers to serve all parts of Indonesia.

In an effort to provide a better consumer experience, the brand also provides Service Car services according to Star Service Chery standards and are easily accessible to consumers on this network of dealers.
