JAKARTA - Recently, a luxury car manufacturer from England, Bentley, issued an announcement to make a recall on the Flying Spur model.

Quoted from the Hindustan Times, Wednesday, May 10, Bentley pulled the Flying Spur model with a total of 1,659 units, which is the production from 2021 to 2023.

The recall was made due to an error in installing the entertainment screen system bracket on the back. As a result, the screen can fall during an accident and increase the risk of passenger danger. It is also said that passengers will not see any irregularities in the installation of the entertainment screen because the screen is installed in such a way.

Bentley has found the problem since September 27, 2022. The manufacturer recorded only one such case, fortunately the problem was detected before being handed over to the owner.

Due to this problem, Bentley has started a recall program to ensure this does not happen in the future. The manufacturer will contact the owners of Flying Spur starting June 5.

Bentley Flying Spur owners are advised to take their vehicles to the nearest official dealers where the brackets on both seats will be inspected.

If when checked the bracket has a problem, the dealers will pair it properly. Owners don't need to spend a penny for this repair.
