JAKARTA - Caroline Polachek released a series of limited edition merchandise to raise money for Palestinian refugees.
The merchandise is available for a week and is inspired by her new single, Dang, which was released earlier this week.
Polachek performed the song for the first time on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert in a surreal Ted Talk style, using a confusing PowerPoint show to set the mood.
Her merchandise designs are inspired by the PowerPoint slides she uses – one of her t-shirts says “Disappointing people are my main trauma”, another asks “How many wolves are in you?” and another features a strange-looking animal head statue with a small inscription '2077' on it.

All proceeds from sales of the merchandise will be donated to the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees.
Polachek is not the only big name in the entertainment world to respond to the current Israel-Hamas conflict.
Earlier this week, more than 2000 entertainment figures, including Tilda Swinton, Steve Coogan and Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja, signed an open letter calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
