Pink Disrupts Raising Israeli Flags At His Concert

JAKARTA - Pink denied he raised the Israeli flag at his concert amid the ongoing Israeli-Hamas war.

P!nk through social media clarified that the dancer did not use the Israeli flag when appearing at his concert. The singer is known to have received a strong reaction after the dancer was seen appearing with a blue and white flag on stage.

Through its official website on X/Twitter, the singer tweeted: This post will be controversial for some people. At this point, breathing is still controversial. I received a lot of threats because the wrong person thought I was flying the Israeli flag on my show. I didn't (do that)."

I've been using the Poi flag since the start of this tour. It was used years ago by the Myhori people of New Zealand and because they and the Myhori people were beautiful to me, we used it. I didn't fly the flag on my show to support anything or anyone except the rainbow flag. It will remain my position," he continued.

"I am human. I believe in peace. Equation. Love. I am very sad about the state of the world. I pray for all of us."

The conflict between Israel and the Hamas Palestinian militant group is currently starting on October 7 when Hamas launched a surprise attack on southern Israel, including an attack on the Supernova Sukkot Gathering, a music festival in the region.

Organizers of a music festival in Israel targeted by terrorist Hamas last week, left hundreds of participants dead, recently releasing their first statement after the tragedy.
