Princess Ariani's Special Moments Duet With Peabo Bryson At David Foster Concert

JAKARTA - Princess Ariani became one of the guests who sang the HITMAN Asia Tour 2023 concert with David Foster and Friends at Sentul International Convention Center on Saturday, August 12 yesterday.

In the concert, Putri Ariani successfully realized her dream of a live duet with Peabo Bryson to perform the soundtrack for the musical Beauty and the Beast.

On stage after playing the piano, David Foster asked Princess Ariani to replace Loren Alled to a duet with Peabo Bryson.

"I have an idea. As you know, Peabo has a lot of hit songs, and the next song he usually sings with Loren Allred," said David Foster.

"But I thought it would be nice if he sang it with Putri. Do you want to try it?" David Foster asked Princess Ariani.

Without a doubt, Princess Ariani agreed. David Foster also called Peabo Bryson on stage.

In front of Peabo Bryson, Putri Ariani said she was happy to be able to perform Beauty and the Beast with a duet with the original singer.

"I think everyone here knows this song, because I grew up with this song and I really like it. And I can't believe that I can sing it with you," said Princess Ariani.

"Oh please, this is an honor to me. He's really amazing. Give him a round of applause," said Peabo Bryson.

Then, the two sang Beauty and the Beast songs accompanied by David Foster and the band.

At the end of her repertoire, Putri Ariani and Peabo Bryson received a lively applause from the audience present.

In her Instagram upload, Putri Ariani also uploaded a moment where she could sing Beauty and the Beast with the original singer.

"Growing up with this song, I always listen to this song because I like Disney. And finally, I can sing it with you @davidfoster @peabobryson2. It's an honor and a very beautiful moment for me. Thank you very much for duet with me," wrote Princess Ariani in her upload caption.
