Collaborating With Danilla, Rahara Releases Lagu Untuk Berdua

JAKARTA - The music group Rahara is collaborating again, this time collaborating with Indonesian musician Danilla to present the single "Lagu Untuk Berdua".

The reason for this collaboration occurred when Rahara, who was writing a song, spontaneously agreed that the song was more suitable for singing together with a female singer.

“In our opinion, Danilla is the most appropriate figure to be the voice actor for this song. He has a voice character that we really like, sweet, but sad, charming and reassuring as well. It really fits the story of this song," said Agi Anggadarma, the guitar player from Rahara, quoting Antara, Thursday.

Danilla immediately responded enthusiastically to Rahara's invitation to collaborate because he felt the collaboration was like a musical collaboration between families.

"Because the process of recording to making the video clip is filled with lots of jokes, I feel this is like a musical collaboration between families," said Danilla.

Rahara and Danilla described the song as a work with multiple interpretations because behind the tone of Lagu Untuk Berdua there is a bitter meaning. Different understandings describe the condition of a romantic relationship experienced by two lovebirds.

"We did design this song so that it can be interpreted into various meanings," said Rahara's bassist Kevin Pahlevi.

Rahara hopes that through Lagu Untuk Berdua, Indonesian music listeners can enjoy and absorb songs according to how they feel. Meanwhile, Danilla hopes that the song can have a positive impact on the sad stories of music lovers, which involve a lot of feelings.
