In Fleeting Away, There Is No Choice For Pure Saturday Apart From Handing Over

JAKARTA - Band from Bandung, Pure Saturday launched a new single titled Fleeting Away on August 4 yesterday.

In an official statement received by the editors, Pure Saturday revealed that this song is about friendship, love, and relations that are purely established as a bond of desire.

"Then it became a bridge that built who each person was, until finally it faded apart, leaving each of them a vacuum and a bland," said the band.

However, uniquely, on the other hand over time, also understands that everything must happen and there is no choice but to give up. This seems like a sense of vulnerability to becoming an adult and responding to loss.

Fleeting Away was first written by Ade Purnama in 2017. Periodically this song was worked on throughout 2021 until it finally ended in 2023 with a musical order first worked on by the Ezza Rush.

In the form of three moneys with the creation process, Fleeting Away recording is also carried out guerrillaally.

Pure Saturday for the first time recording drums at Studio Escape in 2021 by Ade Saepudin, followed by recording guitar at Studio Neverlabs in the same year by Sofyan Effendi, until finally mixing and mastering by Indra Adhikusuma at Binaural Studio.

Fleeting Away was finally released five days ago on various digital platforms. Its release was accompanied by a song artwork produced by Herry Sutresna.
