JAKRTA - Guitarist Jasen Rauch spoke with Janna of the 97.9 WGRD at Grand Rapids, Michigan about Benjamin's Breaking plan to release a new album.

"We're working on music. We've been writing for a long time. And regardless of whether we can record something or not, we've been writing a little longer, I'm going to say," Jaen said of the material for the follow-up to the album Ember (2018).

"We keep the standards high enough for ourselves as far as the standard moves forward. We've been experimenting with a few things, throwing things away, starting from several times, and reaching places where we're quite happy.

"So, yes, we're already in the studio. We're doing some in Nashville. We've done a lot of things remotely. Ben [Benjamin frontman Breaking Benjamin Burnley] and I have dozens of voice memos, 'Hey, try this.' And we'll record something and send it back and forth. But, yes, we're looking forward to it. And hopefully we'll get something out to hear everyone."

Benjamin's breaking members are familiar with the top ranks of the rock charts. Since exploding on stage with Saturate in 2002, the band has amassed a series of impressive mainstream radio rock hits, with 10 songs reaching No. 1, many platinum and multi-platinum songs and albums, and billions of combined streaming worldwide.

The social footprint of more than 6.5 million is proof of Benjamin's global breaking influence and their loyal fan base. Their latest release, Aurora, gave the band the song No. 1 ten of them on rock radio with Far Away ft. Scooter Ward.
