JAKARTA - The official video clip for Wicked Place, a new song from New Jersey thrash metal veteran Overkill, has been released.
The song was taken from Overkill's 20th studio album, Scored, which will be released on April 14 through Nuclear Blast Records.
"One of my favorite rides on the record, a big thick groove reminiscent of the past, with modern hits! Really evil!" Overkill vocalist Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth said of Wicked Place.
Scorched's album itself offers a new recording environment for Overkill as all members can record themselves.
The mixing session was handled by Colin Richardson and assistant engineer Chris Clancy.
Johnny Rodd helped produce vocals, and finally, Maor Appelbaum took over the mastering session and added a final touch.
