ZANNA's Animated Film: Whisper Of Volcano Isle Ready To Accompany Children During The Early 2025 Holiday

JAKARTA - Welcoming the new year 2025, MNC Animation presents its latest work entitled ZANNA: Whisper of Volcano Isle. The animated film, which has been working on since three years ago, will be in theaters starting January 2.

Animated film ZANNA: Whisper of Volcano Isle uses a forest setting, where the lives of the periodes led by Queen Zonda, with her beloved daughter named Zanna.

Peri's life changes when conflicts arise with a collection of beetles, which involve a volcano. The conflict resulted in the relationship between the leaders of the period and its children, as well as inter-per friendship, experiencing tests.

Liliana Tanoesoedibjo as the Executive Producer said this film was presented to meet the needs of children in Indonesia for the right spectacle. He also wants his own work to be produced, so that in the future he can become proud in the future.

"Of course we see that our children need inspiring films. We also feel that there is a moral burden on us that we want to share, because we think our children need educational, produced spectacles with ourselves, with international standards," said Liliana during a press conference in Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Thursday, December 19.

The characters in this film involve several Indonesian talents as voice actors, such as Alya Nurshabrina, Ghea Indrawari, Brooklyn Alif Rea, Ayu Dyah Pasha, and Robby Purba.

Alya, who fills the voice for Zanna, feels very grateful for her involvement this time. Bringing a character she calls is much different from her original character, making the winner of Miss Indonesia 2018 learn a lot.

"I think it was introduced to (character) Zanna so that I can learn a lot. Becauseanna is a brave person, who is very different from me when I was little," said Alya.

"I'm really proud to be able to voice Zanna. And I hope those who watch can also take a lot of lessons," he added.

Meanwhile, Robby Purba, who voted for two different characters, told how this animated film was worked on very seriously by the entire team involved.

I fill in for two characters. During the reading process, around en, people accompanied in the studio. There are those who specifically pay attention to words per word, every diction, emotions, and others. So indeed the process that is passed is accompanied and supervised," said Robby.

ZANNA: Whisper of Volcano Isle is not only aimed at children in Indonesia. We hope that this animated film can also be the pride of the country in other countries.

"We want this film to be brought out (of the country), and we have been scheduled to be broadcast in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Cambodia," concluded Liliana Tanoesoedibjo.
