JAKARTA - There is a new color for KTM 1290 Super Adventure S 2024 which looks stunning with a color scheme dominated by gray nuances, combined with a striking orange touch. Meanwhile, KTM 1290 Super Adventure R 2024 will shine in a new white color variant enriched with stunning blue orange graphics.

Launching Riderapart, Wednesday, November 22, there were no other significant changes related to KTM 1290 Super Adventure 2023. These two variants still carry a 1.301cc LC8 V-twin engine that is tough, liquid-cooled, with a power of up to 158 hp. The machine is paired with a gearbox six acceleration and is equipped with a PASC clipper.

In the suspension sector, KTM 1290 Super Adventure S 2024 is equipped with a semi-active technology (SAT) measuring 48 mm at the front and rear. The settings and adjustments features can be done through a dashboard that is connected to the TFT screen. Options for better suspensions that can be adjusted individually are also provided.

Meanwhile, KTM 1290 Super Adventure R 2024 uses a 48mm WP Xplor front fork and an Xplor PDS WP shockbreaker at the back. This suspension can be fully tuned, and PDS' back shock is equipped with external handwheel for ease of adjustment.

Both are equipped with disc brakes from the Brembo brand as a standard to provide comfort when driving. The wheel details are different, with KTM 1290 Super Adventure R using the best tubeless tires and acront rims from KTM, while Super Adventure S is equipped with wheels wrapped in Mitas Terra Force R tires, specially designed for this motor.

In terms of features, both of them are equipped with a TFT screen that is scratch resistant and bluetooth connected through the KTMconnect smartphone application.

Although prices have not been announced globally or for the North American market, fans have been asked to visit the official dealers starting December 2023.
