JAKARTA - The 2023 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) is not only a demonstration event for four-wheeled vehicle manufacturers, it is also proof for two-wheeled vehicle brands to attract the attention of visitors.

PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), as the provider of Honda motorcycles in Indonesia, managed to make very good use of the event by posting positive sales figures.

During the 10-20 exhibition last August, AHM recorded sales of 1,251 units. The sale is dominated by a large capacity skutik model, PCX160.

AHM noted that the scooter sold during the GIIAS 2023 event reached 1,129 units. In addition to PCX160, Honda Scoopy contributed to sales of 252 units followed by HondaBEAT with a total of 217 units.
