These Nissan X-Trail Twins Get Facelifts In Uncle Sam's Country

JAKARTA - Nissan launched the latest variant of its best-selling SUV in the US, Nissan Rogue. Experiencing a refresher both in terms of exterior and technology, Nissan Rogue is now coming with a more attractive appearance and the latest features that keep up with the times.

Launching from the company's official website on Monday, October 16, Nissan made an update on the front and rear bumpers, as well as giving a new touch to the design of the V-motion goal, the latest back lights, and emblems covered with satin.

Entering the cabin, Nissan Rogue comes with a 12.3-inch HD touch screen equipped with the latest infotainment system, including support for Android Auto, Google Assistant, Google Maps, and Google Play. iPhone device users can also be integrated smoothly through the Apple CarPlay feature.

For the Rogue S and SV variants, there are 8-inch touchscreens that are integrated with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and are equipped with AM/FM and Sirius XM features in addition.

In addition, Nissan Rogue is equipped with NissanConnect services which are already three years probation. For the SV variant and above, users also have access to take advantage of telematic features that can be accessed through the MyNissan application.

Nissan has not forgotten the security aspect, by embedding Nissan Safety Shield 360 on all variants. This feature includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist, and Rear Automatic Braking.

The ProPilot Assist feature is also embedded to help drivers with technologies such as Intelligent Cruise Control, Steering Assist, as well as forward-looking cameras, radar, and sensors.

In addition to the complete feature, Nissan Rogue also offers the performance of a 1.5 liter Variable Compression Turbo (VC-Turbo) machine combined with Xtronic CVT transmission. With this specification, Nissan Rogue is capable of generating 201 dk of power and 305 Nm of torque. It is planned that this model will be available in the US market in early 2024 with various trim options, including S, SV, SL, and Platinum.
