This Is The Wuling E10, A Commercial Electric Car That Is Smaller Than The Air EV

JAKARTA - When talking about the manufacturer of Wuling vehicles, maybe the first thing that comes to mind is a tiny car like Air EV. This car has proven to be a suitable mobility facility for urban areas. However, it turns out that Wuling does not only have an EV water as a small vehicle option.

This Chinese vehicle company also has a choice of other tiny electric-powered cars, such as the Wuling E10. Unlike Air EV, this car is specially designed for use in the commercial sector.

Reporting from Carscoops, Wednesday, August 30, Wuling E10 only has one seat with a design similar to a kei car. Because commercial mobility is its focus, the Wuling E10 has the ability to cross a narrow space, making it an excellent choice to deliver goods to places that are difficult to reach.

One of the other unique features is small rims about 12 inches which provide a very compact appearance on the front. The design, which is boxy and minimalist, gives this car its own attraction.

In addition to the standard version with the transport box at the back, there is also a higher roof option that can be used as a refrigerator for transporting and selling various items such as flowers, ice cream, fruit, food, or drinks.

In the cabin, there is only one seat available, with an AC manual setting, a digital instrument cluster, and a USB port for device charging. The Wuling E10 dimension is 3,305 mm long, 1,690 mm high, and 1,080 mm wide.

Despite its very small size, the transport box has a capacity of up to 1.7 m2 and is capable of carrying loads of up to 200 kg, which is quite large for mini commercial vehicles like this.

The Wuling E10 is equipped with an electric motor on the front which produces up to 27 dk of power and reaches a top speed of 71 km/h. The resources come from a lithium-ion phosphate battery with a capacity of 9 kWh. Even though the battery capacity is small, this is still enough to provide a distance of up to 150 km with a full battery.

Even though it has been exhibited since 2022, the official launch of the Wuling E10 has only been carried out on August 28. This car is available in two different variants, namely the initial type at a price of 36,800 yuan or around Rp. 76.9 million, and the highest type for 39,800 yuan or equivalent to Rp. 83.1 million.
