Porsche Introduces My Porsche App At Cayenne Latest

JAKARTA - Porsche, a sports car maker from Germany, has introduced an update to its flagship SUV, Cayenne, earlier this year. Now, this car will be equipped with the latest features that increase the satisfaction of its owners.

Porsche introduced a special application called My Porsche, which can be accessed via Apple CarPlay connectivity. This feature is specially designed for the latest Cayenne users who use the iPhone.

Reporting from Carscoops, Monday, July 10, this latest feature is the first innovation and offers better connectivity between Cayenne and CarPlay. The app also offers many interesting features.

Porsche says users can access and control various Cayenne functions through this application, including audio control, climate control, and lighting in the cabin.

In addition, Porsche has also created a "wellness mode" in this application, which allows users to choose Relax, Warm Up, or Refresh modes quickly using the action feature in CarPlay. For example, if the user selects Relax mode, the temperature will be lowered, the lighting in the cabin turns blue, and soothing music will play.

With connectivity between Porsche and CarPlay, users can also use Siri features to control various car functions with their voices. Porsche also added that the activation of this feature can be done by scanning the QR code displayed on the infotainment system.

For other Porsche car users who want to enjoy this feature, there's no need to worry. Porsche plans to provide this feature in the near future to other models.

Mattias Urbrich, CEO of Porsche Digital and CIO Porsche AG, expressed his joy at embedding this feature on the Cayenne model and hopes to expand the use of this feature to other Porsche models.

"We are excited to continue developing My Porsche App and take advantage of Apple CarPlay's ability to provide a better customer experience," Ulbrich said.
