Usually Makeup Alone, Billie Eilish's Reason Behind Fake Freckles

JAKARTA - Singer Billie Eilish, who is known for her unique style, has an interesting habit of makeup routines. Despite having access to the best professional makeup team, Billie prefers to make up his own face, especially during the tour.

One of the special elements of his appearance is the fake spots (fake frickles) that he makes on his face. Apparently, there was an emotional reason behind this habit.

In a nearly 4-minute TikTok video, Billie shares steps after his makeup routine before appearing on stage. The video shows his rarely seen personal side, including a sweet tribute to him as a child.

After preparing her skin with NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer and Laura Mercier Ultra-Blur Talc-Free Waterproof Translucent Pressed Setting Powder, Billie took Revlon ColorStay Semi-Permanent Brow Ink to make fake spots around her nose and cheekbone. He blended it gently using his fingers to create a natural look.

There is also an emotional reason behind Billie's habit of making fake frickles. In the same video, Billie inserts a childhood photo, where he is seen with a face full of natural frickles.

In addition to fake spots, Billie also focuses on eye makeup. He used Maybelline Tattoo Studio Eyeliner and Makeup by Mario Master Mattes Eyeshadow Palette to create a firm appearance, then equipped it with Merit Clean Lash Extending Mascara. The final result is the blue gaze of ice which is his trademark on stage.

This makeup routine shows Billie's simple but meaningful creative side. Despite growing up and becoming one of the largest stars in the world, Billie still maintains a relationship with himself as a child. Through the fake spots he made, he showed that his childhood was still an important part of him today.
