Rossa Complains To TikTok Accounts That Potentially Make Rupiah Billions Of Losses

Rossa officially complained about the TikTok @Thariez account which was deemed to have spread hoaxes by calling himself indifferent to Betrand Peto when appearing together in Malaysia.

Ikhsan Tualeka as Rossa's management spokesman said that the 44-year-old singer had officially complained at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters on Thursday, July 20. The complaint was made as an effort to protect management of the artist.

"We officially complain about the circulation of hoax videos or reports that harm our artist," said Ikhsan Tualeka to the media crew.

"This is important for us to do because we are from management to protect our artists," he continued.

Ikhsan said the two had been received by the police and hoped that the investigators would properly process them.

"We have made a complaint and thank God it has been received by the police. We hope that the police will process our complainants well," said Ikhsan.

Furthermore, Ikhsan said that there was a large potential loss if the hoaxes circulating were not dealt with firmly. He said that Rossa must maintain her good name in a contract with several products.

"Rossa is bound by cooperation with various ambassadors from various products, this collaboration has a clause that states that the artist or talent concerned is obliged to maintain his good name," said Rossa's management representative.

"First, we really avoid the cancellation of the contract. Second, there are fines or penalties that can be imposed on our artists and talents," explained Ikhsan Tualeka.

The fine that Rossa has to pay if she can't keep her good name is said to be tens of billions of rupiah.

"And the fine could amount to tens of billions of rupiah," concluded Ikhsan Tualeka, Rossa's spokesperson for management.
