This Is Jenny Rachman's Response After Being Reported By Her Husband For Alleged Domestic Theft

JAKARTA - Jenny Rachman calmly responded to the police report by her husband, Suprajarto, to the National Police Headquarters on suspicion of domestic theft. The senior actress was reported for having accessed Suprajarto's cellphone without permission and published her contents.

Elida Netty as Jenny Rachman's attorney did not object to Suprajarto's report. He sees it as something natural.

"In this case, my response after talking to Mbak Jenny and other parties, just let it go, it's legal for him to want to report, that's his right," said Netty when contacted by the media crew, Wednesday, July 5.

Even so, Elida Netty felt it was natural that Jenny Rachman as a wife checked her husband's cellphone. She saw no mistake from what her client had done.

"Where he said that a wife broke into this husband (mobile phone). That's a language I don't see professionally," said Netty.

"Whatever happens internally husband and wife, it belongs to each other. Naturally, because the cellphone lives, he's already fighting, he said it's not good, it's natural to open the cellphone," he continued.

Netty emphasized that until now, Jenny and Suprajarto have not divorced. According to him, it is natural for Jenny to check her husband's cellphone, who is suspected of having an affair with another woman.

"I say here, she (Jenny) has never divorced. Whatever her husband's rights are still joint rights. It is indicated that whatever Mba Jenny does, it is still in a connotation in terms of her interests in the household. It's legal," he said.

Netty also denied Suprajarto's attorney's statement regarding the involvement of the cellphone counter who was considered involved in breaking into the cellphone. He explained that Jenny Rachman herself opened the password to be able to access her husband's cellphone.

"After finding out that the PIN is open, the cellphone is restarted and open, with his PIN that no longer has a PIN, he (Jenny) opens it himself," said Netty.

However, Jenny Rachman's attorney admitted that he was surprised by his name being reported. As a lawyer, said Netty, he only followed instructions from his client.

"For me, about him thinking I broke into him, he was wrong. He should have a prediction or indication. I didn't break into, it was Mbak Jenny who opened it. Naturally, he's still husband and wife," he said.

For information, Johnson Panjaitan as Suprajarto's attorney said that his client had reported the alleged domestic theft committed by Jenny Rachman at the National Police Headquarters. The report is registered with the number STTL 249/VI/2023 LP.

Meanwhile, Jenny Rachman first reported Suprajarto to the Jakarta Metro Police in early June on suspicion of having an affair with AK. Not only that, Jenny also reported her husband and AK for the case of signature forgery.
