These avatars are the result of genetic engineering of human DNA and the native of Pandora, the Na'Vi alien race.

Jake, who initially served as a negotiator and a spy, instead sided with the Na'Vi tribe. Especially when he met Neytiri. He felt the Na'Vi were a very good pure breed.
