Meet Chris Hemsworth, Iqbaal Ramadhan Chat In Indonesian About Thor: Love And Thunder

JAKARTA - Indonesian actor Iqbaal Ramadhan shared his story when he met and talked with actor Chris Hemsworth and director Taika Waititi during the premiere of Thor: Love & Thunder in Sydney, Australia.

"They were very humble, fun and even very enthusiastic when I started talking in Indonesian with Chris Hemsworth," said Iqbaal, quoted from ANTARA, Monday, July 11.

Iqbaal is grateful and proud to represent Indonesia and Marvel fans in the opportunity to chat with Chris Hemsworth and Taika Waititi to talk about "Thor: Love & Thunder".

Furthermore, Iqbaal also shared an unforgettable moment when he was able to take pictures with Hemsworth and Waititi with his analog camera.

"I happened to bring and also enjoyed taking pictures using an analog camera. At the end of the interview session, I had the opportunity to capture the moment by taking pictures together," said the actor who is famous for the role of Dilan.

"It was an enjoyable experience where I also got to know firsthand Chris Hemsworth's view of the Thor character he has played for the past 11 years," he added.

Thor: Love and Thunder follows Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey he has never faced before – the search for inner peace. However, his retirement is interrupted by a galaxy assassin known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods.

To deal with the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who surprisingly and mysteriously manage to use his magic hammer, Mjolnir, as Mighty Thor.

Together, they embark on a thrilling cosmic adventure to unravel the mystery of God Butcher's vengeance and stop it before it's too late.

Directed by Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok, Jojo Rabbit) and produced by Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum, Thor: Love and Thunder opens in Indonesian theaters starting July 6, 2022.
