Nomenclatur Pembersian Kementerian PUPR Selesai, Wamenpan RB: Perpres Sudah Diteken Prabowo

JAKARTA - Nomenclature of separation of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) to become the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) is now complete.

This was conveyed by Deputy Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Pan RB) Purwadi Arianto when met by reporters after the Launching Corporate University and Smart ASN event of the Ministry of Public Works at the Public Works Auditorium, Jakarta, Monday, December 9.

Purwadi said that Presidential Regulation (Perpres) regarding changes to the nomenclature had also been signed by President Prabowo Subianto.

"For the ongoing SOTK, especially the Ministry which has changed the nomenclature, everything has been completed. The Presidential Decree has been signed by the President (Prabowo Subianto), they are all running," said Purwadi.

Purwadi said that the ministry whose nomenclature changes is also expected to complete the existing budget.

"Then in the future with the available budget plan, we will be able to prepare better for 2025-2026 programs," he said.

Previously, President Prabowo Subianto had issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 140 of 2024 concerning State Ministry Organizations

The Head of State has divided the Ministry of PUPR into the Ministry of Public Works (PU) and the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas.

The Minister of Public Works was held by Dody Hanggodo with his Deputy Minister Diana Kusumastuti.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas was filled by Maruar Sirait and his deputy Fahri Hamzah.
